We began our journey with Highland Cattle in 2020 in partnership with Do Over Farm. Our breeding program focuses on producing calves that enjoy long, healthy lives with a high meat-to-bone ratio. Currently, we have around12 Highlands, most of which are friendly, though a few are more independent. At Iron Wolf Ranch, we typically offer calves for sale in late spring and fall, as we breed year-round. Additionally, we've embarked on a new adventure with Angus and Berkshire/Blue Butt pigs, known for their excellent meat quality. As a USDA licensed operation, we butcher at least four times a year and sell directly from the ranch, with options for online ordering, emails, texts, or calls. Additionally, Iron Wolf Ranch provides offspring year-round.
